We teach fundamentals first.

Many people start with the expectation of quick progress. Regardless of if you’re a raw beginner or if you’ve been training for a while and want to take it to the next level, we take the time to provide a solid base of general movement patterns and mobility before anything else.

We have years of experience.

Yes, we’ve been around the block once or twice… maybe even more than we’d like to admit. We love building general physical preparedness, range of motion, and strength. All of our coaches have been certified through USA Weightlifting and have gained a ton of experience through local, national and international competitions as both coaches and competitors.

We love teaching everyone.

Whether you’re a youth athlete trying to get to the next level or have been lounging on the sofa for the past five years, we will help you. Yes, it’s true that many of our high school athletes make to the next level, but we also have many who train with us just to stay healthy and others that continue to compete in weightlifting well into their sixties!
